Product Marketing Manager (Location: Dubai, Munich, US/Canada)

The role will report to Chief Executive Officer in a matrixed organization. Dubai is the center of software development and operations for VoiceTrust. Product marketing manager’s goal is to effectively build and promote VT’s Voice Biometrics products and solutions world wide. This individual will work closely with the development and global sales team to achieve objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a clear, pragmatic and effective marketing plan for VT Voice Biometrics products and solutions.
- Create and develop global product launch plans that meet or exceed project objectives (includes product positioning, pricing strategy, distribution strategy, forecasting, and sales collateral)
- Create compelling and creative sales collateral and tools that clearly articulate product offers and the value proposition for prospects, channel partners, and value added resellers.
- Develop appropriate licensing models for commercializing product portfolio
- Collect and develop content for online and offline marketing, e.g. products, services, press release, case studies, etc.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities that align with VT’s core product portfolio and business goals.
- Help develop and test new speech product concepts to validate consumer acceptance, optimize features and refine product forecasts.
- Work with Development and Product Management to translate evolving industry trends and consumer/customer needs into prioritized market requirements (MRD).
- Plan and execute product marketing programs.
- Develop and implement marketing program based on use of online social media to promote corporate activities and increase market reach.
- Enhance existing online corporate web site.
- Direct and coordinate activities of web site development resources.
- Monitor, track and report on marketing activities and promotion achievements
- Ensure delivery of programs and projects within budget and time
Experience:
- 3-5 years in for enterprise software product marketing/management
- Well versed with various licensing options for software products
- 2-3 years experience in marketing any one of the following types of products/solutions; biometrics, Identity management, IVR, Call Center productivity tools, fraud management, transactional security software, etc.
- Excellent writing, communication skills (English), and interpersonal skills. Should be comfortable presenting to large audiences and interacting with customer stakeholders at all levels.
- Very strong analytical and strategic thinker
- Proven ability to identify key customer requirements and translate them into well-defined market requirements.
- Worked in a team environment, e.g. senior management as well as software developers. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and motivate teams to action
- Case study development
- Previous working experience with financial services firms, e-commerce or telecommunication companies is a plus.
- BS/BA (Technical or Business), or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA a plus

Product Release Manager (Location:Dubai, Munich, US/Canada)

The role will report to Chief Technology Officer in a matrixed organization. Dubai is the center of software development and operations for VoiceTrust. Product Release manager’s goal is to effectively manage and plan product features, releases plans, QA processes, and product collaterals in support of VT’s Voice Biometrics products and solutions world wide. This individual will work closely with the development, marketing and global sales team to achieve objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a clear, pragmatic and effective product road map for VT Voice Biometrics products and solutions.
- Develop and manage global product release plans that meets objectives (includes product positioning, pricing strategy, and sales collateral).
- Work closely with Development to ensure features, change requests, enhancements are correctly planned, developed, released and delivered to customers worldwide.
- Work closely and lead QA/Testing team to ensure optimum product release quality.

The role will report to Chief Operating Officer in a matrixed organization. Dubai is the center of software development and operations for VoiceTrust. Sales Executive goal is to effectively build a qualified pipeline and close deals for VT’s Voice Biometrics products and solutions, e.g. Password Reset, VoiceLogin, VoiceSafe, Caller Identification, Identity Alert, etc. This individual will work closely with the development, product management and professional services to achieve objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop and grow enterprise prospects and opportunities for Voice Biometrics based software solutions in the MENA region.
- Identify, qualify and quantify sales opportunities within the assigned region.
- Develop and deliver accurate and technically correct sales presentations to potential customers
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, development of the customer relationship at all levels and the implementation of the account plans.
- Deliver on set objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Work with pre and post sales staff to further customer relationships and submit winning solutions.
- Frequent Travel within Middle-East and Asia.
Experience:
- Experience in selling enterprise software applications such as IVR, biometrics, banking transaction management, or security systems.
- Self-starter with track record of selling solutions to Financial, Telecommunication, or Call Center operations.
- Arabic and English communication proficiency

Voice Biometrics Pre-Sales Engineer – (Dubai, Munich, US/Canada)

The role will report to VP Professional Services in a matrixed organization. Dubai is the center of software development and operations for VoiceTrust. Pre-Sales Engineer goal is to effectively support sales and business development team in building a qualified pipeline and closing deals for VT’s Voice Biometrics products and solutions, e.g. Password Reset, VoiceLogin, VoiceSafe, Caller Identification, Identity Alert, etc. This individual will work closely with the development, product management and professional services to achieve objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the sales and business development team to provide expert services for pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations, Proof Of Concepts, cost benefits analyses, etc.
- Respond to Invitation to tenders, RFPs and RFIs.
- Create solution description documents that provide a clear description of an opportunity, including the prospect's business description, goals for the project, products being proposed, and more.
- Conduct on-site business focused consulting to review the existing operational processes of a prospect or customer to recommend an optimal process that utilizes the pertinent products/solutions of VT.
- Act as the liaison between Sales and Professional Services for the purposes of knowledge sharing and creation of professional services estimates.
- Training of partners and internal sales consultants regarding the use and demonstration of VT products.
- Provide technical support to prospects during the pre-sale phases.
Experience:
- 3-7 years in pre-sales consulting or professional services as related to enterprise software sales
- 2-3 years experience in solution engineering in any one of the following types of products/solutions; biometrics, Identity management, IVR, Call Center productivity tools, fraud management, transactional security software, etc.
- Must be willing to travel in order to meet with clients and gather requirements.
- Well versed with various licensing options for software products
